Board

Karl-Henrik Sundström has been Chairman of the Board at Boliden since 2022 and previously served as President and CEO of Stora Enso. He also held the role of CFO at Ericsson and has extensive international experience from the industrial and technology sectors. Karl-Henrik Sundström is also Chairman of the Board of the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Mölnlycke. He is also Vice Chairman of Vestas and serves as a board member of NXP and the Marcus Wallenberg Foundation.

Henrik Ager has been President and CEO of Höganäs AB since 2023. Previously, he served as CEO of Copperstone Resources and held several senior leadership roles within Sandvik Mining and McKinsey.

Tobias Hansson has been CEO of Hitachi Energy in Sweden since 2022. He has held several global leadership roles since joining the company in 2002. He also holds a number of external positions, including Chairman of Teknikföretagen, Vice Chairman of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, and Board Member of Luleå University of Technology.

Tom Erixon has been President and CEO of Alfa Laval. Previously, Tom Erixon held several senior leadership positions including Sandvik and Ovako. He holds a Master of Law degree from Lund University and an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain. Tom Erixon is the Chairman of the Board of AFRY and Vice Chairman of Lund University. Tom also holds a seat on the board of Videberg Kraft.

Per Erik Holsten is the Division President for Energy Industries at ABB. He started his career at ABB in 1986, and he was Country Managing Director for ABB Norway for over 5 years. He holds an engineering degree from NTNU and an MBA in International Business from the University of East London.

Micael Johansson has been President and CEO of Saab since 2019. He joined Saab in 1985 and has held several senior leadership positions across the company’s defense and aeronautics operations. He is also president of the Aerospace, Security and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) and chairman of the ASD Board as well as board member of European Business Leaders’ Convention and member of European Round Table for Industry, ERT. Micael Johansson holds a BSc+ in Mathematics and Computer Science at University of Uppsala, Sweden.

Martin Lundstedt is the President and CEO of Volvo Group. He has worked within the truck and transportation industry since 1992 and has held several senior leadership positions. Martin Lundstedt holds board positions with e.g. Atlas Copco AB, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Sweden, and the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA, Commercial Vehicles Board of Directors).

Johnny Sjöström is President and CEO of SSAB. He has extensive experience in the steel industry and a strong academic foundation in materials science. He is also chairman of Jernkontoret.

Hans Sohlström has been the President and CEO of Stora Enso since 2023. He has extensive international experience from the forest and industrial sectors and previously served as CEO of Ahlstrom, Ahlström Capital and Rettig Group as well as Executive Vice President of UPM-Kymmene. He is also a member of the board of Saint-Gobain Group.
